Even in the casting in the windshear situation, which means a sudden change in the wind, the angler completed a blank that allowed him to throw the lure where he wanted. With CTX processing applied to all parts, the blank was created with an optimal halibut perch rod with a smooth bending flexibility and adequate torque.
